Character Perks enhance the use of certain items, combat, or maybe give players items. Players are not restricted to a certain amount of perks, therefore, all perks can be active at once. Perks are permanent and once a player purchases a perk, they can keep it and it will upgrade them forever, no matter what. Players are able to deactivate the perk if they would like to, and they will be able to activate it again.
Purchasing a perk will earn players the "Upgrade" badge.

Former Bank Robber | Your past as a bank robber makes the heists here look trivial in comparison. | |
Silver Tongue | You now have mastered basic prison lingo and know especially well how to stroke the ego of the merchants. |

Military Training | Before being offered a job at the foundation, you have previously served in the military. |
Mechanic Education | The machines here are constantly being broken by rogue D-class and insurgents, and you are always the one to clean up the mess. At least you now know the ins and outs of every circuit here. |
