The Overseer is the highest ranking Foundation job in Site-76, but requires the Overseer Unlock game pass, which cost 2500 Robux, to play as it. They spawn in the Overseer Room.
The Overseer is one of the only two jobs that has access to the Broadcast Room, the other being the Site Director. The Overseers are entirely responsible for managing the facility, including the personnel. They also have access to almost everything in the facility.
The Overseer is also the only job in the facility with access to the Teleporter, which is inside the Overseer room. When used it teleports you to a random location out of 4 spots in the Security Wing.
Due to their powerful rank, Overseers are provided with three extra abilities in their Tablet. Allowing them to remotely arm the Omega Warhead, scan nearby anomalies with Radar, and make a player of their choosing a High Priority Target.
The Overseer does not have a level requirement and has a player limit of 5 at a time.

- The Overseer cannot accept Foundation Contracts currently, but this ability is slated for future updates.
- The Overseer has the highest paycheck of any Foundation job, but Prisoner Contracts reward much more for successfully eliminating an Overseer.
- In versions before b.0.1.7, the Overseer had access to an exclusive tool called the RWAD, capable of remotely arming the warhead. But this tool has since been replaced with the Remote Warhead Activation option on the Tablet for convenience.
- The developers initially planned Tablet Cameras for the Overseers, along with the Site Director, however, the confirmation of the update was cancelled.
- Developer OIdMachine confirmed the Overseer was supposed to be an admin-exclusive job.
- There are only 5 Overseers in YGW lore.
