Panacea is a low-threat anomaly stored in the Medical Bay. It is stored in a small storage container with a max capacity of 12 at a single time. A new one spawns every 3 minutes.

Panaceas are small and consumable red cubes that can heal a player's health extremely fast and cure them from the Zombie Pathogen.
Panacea can be given as a contract from a Marshall Carter Dark Agent and rewards players $750 and 100 EXP.

There are currently 2 Badges related to Panacea:
- Panacea Power - Use Panacea to cure yourself of the Zombie Pathogen
- Metamorphosis - Create the Lovecraftian Locket by placing a Panacea into the Clockwork Machine on the Fine or Very Fine setting.
Trivia[]
- In pre-b.0.1.1843, the Panacea's containment was located outside the Prison Zone stairs exit to the right. After the remodeling of the Medical Bay, it was moved there.
- Panacea's model used to be a pill but was changed for breaking Roblox ToS. It was changed in b.0.1.18462.
- Panacea is the only anomaly contained in the Medical Bay as well as the Prison Zone.
- Using a Medical Kit on 1:1 in the Clockwork Machine will make a Panacea.
