The Riot Vendor is a female NPC Prisoner named Andro. She can be found roaming in the Maintenance Tunnels.
The Riot Vendor is unique as she is the only character where players can start Riots. These riots cost $40000 or 750 Robux to be triggered and arm the Prisoner team with equipment and weapons. She also sells items that cannot be bought through the Basketball Court Prisoner Shop. Sold items can vary from C4 to Rocket Launchers.
The Riot Vendor can not be damaged and does not react to the Foundation, Marshall Carter Dark Agents, or anomalies.
