Making this blog cause I don't think the stuff in it are big enough as pages.
In Site-76 there are a couple of unsolved mysteries within the Site.

Monolith's Possible Meaning[]
One of the lead developers of Yellow Gearworks, Dhammapada, has teased on a few occasions in the Discord Server, that the Monolith codes a warning of some unknown event. He has also mentioned there being "a handful of secrets and feature we've put in but I haven't seen them mentioned here".
The Level 989 Door[]
The Level 989 Door is a mysterious door located in the Heavy Containment Elevator Shaft. It is unknown what the purpose of this door is, but one thing known for sure, is there is most likely nothing behind the Door, at least right now.
Radios[]
Radios are small decoration objects spewed all across Site-76. I think they were first added in b.0.1.7 as one was added in the hallway that leads to The Sculpture. Not sure if Radios have appeared before hand, but that's the earliest one I remember. List of Radio locations I know about
- Hallway leading to The Sculpture
- Inside the Zombie Pathogen's observation room
- On top of the Coffee Machine in the Site Director's Office
- One very hard to see on the platform accessible by a hanging ladder in the Heavy Containment Zone
- Hidden on the side of a cabinet in the Interrogation Room
A Proof of huh? (Probably Solved)[]
There are some stacks of paper located around the Site that may have some purpose or meaning as they are almost legible. The most I could get from one was the title being "A P_oof of The K______ _______". Not sure if it has any meaning or if it just a piece of décor. I think the P_ooof could be Proof, but again, not sure.
Looking at it some more, I think the last word of the title is Hypothesis, possibly making the title "A Proof of The K_______ Hypothesis"
Ok so after some light searching, I found a mathematical conjecture called the Riemann Hypothesis. It looks very similar to the last two words of the paper's title one you have it in mind. The "K" is very similar to an R and the last 2 letters in Riemann also appear in the paper. I think this paper was just a copy of some paper detailing the conjecture, and it probably has no other meaning.
